hello friends! i know i have been away for a while, and im so glad to be back in the swing of things! i was at my parents house in raleigh for 3 weeks, waiting for my bestest friend to have her first baby! saylor was definitely on her own time, and came a couple weeks late, but it just meant i got alot of quality time with my family and friends back home. there was alot of sitting around waiting for saylor to be born, but i managed to fit in lots of fun while i was there, too 🙂
i made lots of good meals with my mom…
went to stacies gorgeous new house and convinced ricky to do some physical labor…
took roxie to my parents horse farm to run and play with all the animals there…
ate at some of my favorite raleigh restaurants…
went to my friend ian’s first birthday party…
went to the raleigh flea market 3 times! (which is one of my happy places)…
had dinner at janels new house(which is adorable and im totally jealous of all her storage space!)…
had mawmaw come over for some sewing lessons for me and steph…
organized, inventoried and stored my antique tableware, so i know what else i can buy 🙂
and finally, went to the birthing center and watched saylor get born! 🙂 that was such a special day for me and i just love these girls SO much!
it was a successful trip and even though i think my husby thought i was never coming home, my raleigh love tank is totally full 🙂
