we have had an incredible first week at the beach. we had our annual family reunion with my mawmaws family. 60+ southerners all together hollerin and whooping it up 🙂 lets just say there was lots of sweet tea involved.
our days have been filled with:
sunrise walks on the nearby deserted island…
treasure hunting…
taking roxie to the sandbars and the beach and letting her run and run and run…
potluck dinners and fish frys with the whole family, complete with singing gospel hymns afterwards(my favorite part of the evening)…
fun activities like floating, surfing, watersports, walks along the beach, hunting for sharks teeth and paddleboarding…
eating in great little beach grills and dr. rootbeers hall of foam!
spending lots of time with our grandparents…making memories and hearing their life stories…
…and that was just the first week!

ok…so what I love the most about this post is the mulitiple bathing suits you have! My husband always gives me a hard time for needing a new one each year even tho I dont swim. I have a feeling you have got my back!
