I am trying to break this bad habit I’ve gotten in of only updating once a month, so heres a couple events from July…

ok, if you know me AT ALL you know i dont “do” sports….and i most certainly dont “do” soccer. but my buddy sarah is from holland, and since the netherlands were in the world cup finals i promised i would go cheer on her team with her! i even dressed in orange…which i also dont do! 🙂 it was fun though, being in a little tiny room with all those crazy sports fans! people were going bonkers!

people were DECKED OUT in orange! i felt like i was in volunteer country 🙂

this was sarahs VERY happy face when the netherlands made it into the finals 🙂

the next day was another movie in riverside park….and it was a GREAT one…the neverending story! one of my very most favorites!

this past weekend we had a business conference in baltimore, so we made the most of the weekend by trying some local specialties before heading home…
we spent the late afternoon in the historic fells point neighborhood, which was awesome! it was right on the water, and the weather was perfect!

there happened to be a market going on, so we walked through on our way to dinner…you know i cant resist a good market 🙂

we ate dinner at this great little crab restaurant that apparently has been around for years. we had never eaten chesapeake crab whole like this, and it was quite an adventure!

to end a great dinner, we got a couple snowcones for the ride home 🙂 perfect!
