ok, so i realize i didn’t post in march….at all. except for my goal list (which apparently should have included blogging!) my dad made sure i realized that i didnt post enough for his liking with a stern phone call š so here is my recap of the notable things i did in march…notable enough to take a picture at least š
we cat-sat our neighbors cat dex…
roxie and dex like to play, but there was a bit of jealousy….they each wanted to be held ALL.THE.TIME.
i saw hair and present laughter with our lovely neighbor sarah. im so happy to have someone to see theatre with! and she teaches us cool dutch words! (and ps- at the end of hair they let you dance onstage with the cast!!!! we sure felt like broadway superstars!)
i finished our emergency kit and our go bag, you know in case “the book of eli” comes true (not even kidding… thats pretty much what got me to put it together, but now i realize there are lots of good reasons to have it around :))
we took roxie to the dog park and saw these super cute puppies…
we had our first picnic of the year! perfect day in the sun! and it even included ice cream!
i went to the liberty of london pop-up shop and fell in love…
i got a (fabulous) christmas present in the mail (from my bestest in NZ) and an easter basket in the mail (from my sweet mom)
i went to girls night at brittany’s apartment! so fun, great food and i love meeting new friends! (i swear we werent eating in the dark, i guess my camera didnt flash!)
i went to an amazing documentary on tea, which i will be posting about later!
we tried korean food (and LOVED it! we will be going back soon)
(um, only one of us loved this particular dish. the other one of us did not partake)
and on the very last day of march i went to see abigail breslin play helen keller in “the miracle worker” …she was fantastic!
apparently march was a really good month!
Hey girl. So you have to explain the Liberty of London Pop-up shop. From the picture it looks like it has the target logo…and I know that brand is new to target now…so is this a bigger target section or its own store? Im very interested. It looked beautiful!
Hey! it was a special sneak-peek preview of the target collection before it came to the stores. it was every new item they were selling at target. they also had really cool installations with video and fabric all over. it was only here for that one weekend, but it was fun to see everything! š
I’m so glad that you got that lovely tea-themed package, that you went to a tea workshop, saw the Target pop-up, and saw the Miracle Worker. All things I would have loved to death. š
katherine, so wish you lived a bit closer and we could go do those things together! š
